Word & Rest is currently an invitation-only private pilot. This page explains the practical boundaries of the service while it is being tested.
Third-party writing
Word & Rest gathers titles, dates, publisher names and links from sources you choose. The linked articles and other material remain the responsibility and property of their respective publishers. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Your own sources
Sources you add yourself are private to your account. They are your choice and are not reviewed, approved or endorsed by Word & Rest merely because the reader can display them.
External websites
Opening an article takes you to the original publisher. From that point, the publisher's own privacy, cookie and other terms apply to your visit.
Privacy during the pilot
Word & Rest uses your invited Google account to sign you in and keeps the information needed to run your reader, including your source choices, reading state and saved items. We do not sell your personal data. A fuller privacy notice, including controller contact details, legal basis, retention and rights information, must be completed before the family pilot is opened beyond owner testing.
Accessibility
The pilot is being built to work with keyboard navigation, zoom, reduced-motion settings and common assistive technologies. If something prevents you from using it, tell the person who invited you so it can be corrected during the pilot.
Legal rights
These pilot notices are intended to set expectations, not to remove rights. Nothing here excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
